Pina Heart – A coconut sponge topped with coconut mousse and pineapple compote in a dark chocolate shell.
Ingredients: cream(MILK),coconut 20%(coconut extract, water, guar gum),pineapple 18%,dark chocolate minimum cocoa solids 70%(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter,SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract),sugar, malibu(alcohol), flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), yogurt (MILK), EGG, cocoa butter, setting agent:pork gelatine (SULPHITES), white chocolate minimum cocoa solids 30%(sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), margarine (vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm, sunflower in varying proportions), water, salt, sunflower lecithin, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid, flavourings, colours (carotenes), vitamins A and D), modified maize starch, white wine vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, colour:*E102, E132, E133, titanium dioxide.
