Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea Box

Collection only from our shop in Standish 

Our boxes contain ten afternoon tea sized dessert, two each of the following desserts;  blackcurrant cheesecake, milk chocolate and bergamot stonepineapple and honey bee, lemon and elderflower battenberg and chocolate and raspberry tart. 

Chocolate and bergamot- Milk chocolate mousse filled with chocolate fudge cake, bergamot gel in a chocolate shell.  

Ingredients: chocolate 26% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, whey powder(MILK), emulsifier(SOYA lecithin), vanilla extract), white chocolate minimum cocoa solids 30% minimum milk solids 20%, dark chocolate minimum cocoa solids 53%, milk chocolate minimum cocoa solids 32%,minimum milk solids 20%,cream(MILK) sugar, water, bergamot 7%, MILK, cocoa powder (sodium carbonate), flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (MILK), EGG, setting agent:pork gelatine(SULPHITES),modified starch(E1442),baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, 24crt gold leaf

Blackcurrant Cheesecake- A blackcurrant cheesecake filled with blackcurrants on a biscuit base.

Ingredients: cream cheese (MILK), sugar, blackcurrant 16%, cream(MILK), white chocolate (minimum cocoa solids 30%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), cocoa butter, butter(MILK), butterfat (vegetable oils in varying proportions: palm, rapeseed, water, butterMILK, sunflower lecithin E471, salt, natural flavouring(MILK),citric acid, vitamins A and D, colour(carotenes), water, flour(WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin),partially inverted refiners syrup, setting agent:pork gelatine(SULPHITES), cocoa powder (potassium carbonates), titanium dioxide, colour (glucose syrup, water, sugar, *E129, E151, E406, E330, E202).

Lemon and elderflower battenberg- Sponge cake flavoured with lemon and elderflower covered in almond marzipan.

Raspberry and chocolate tart- Shortcrust pastry filled with raspberry and dark chocolate ganache,topped with raspberry mousse

Ingredients: cream (MILK),raspberry 18%, white chocolate minimum cocoa solids 30%, dark chocolate 9% minimum cocoa solids 53%(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), MILK, cocoa butter, EGG, butter (MILK), partially inverted refiners sugar, setting agent:pork gelatine (SULPHITES), colour:glucose syrup, water, sugar, *E122, *E102, *E110, E406, E330, E202. Shortcrust pastry: flour (WHEAT flour, niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),palm fat cornflour, water, rice starch, salt, inactive yeast).

Caramel, honey and pineapple bee- A whipped honey mousse, pineapple compote on a chocolate biscuit.
