Please note that all our classes are for over 18’s only. 
Our classroom is situated on the first floor of our shop and require access using a steep staircase. 
 

Macaron Classes

Our macaron class is held at our cookery classroom situated on the first floor of our shop at 40 High Street, Standish, WN6 0HF.

The class will last for around 3-4 hours. All equipment and ingredients will be provided and you can take away the macaron you create.

Tea, coffee and refreshments are provided. Recipe and instruction booklet will be available to take home so you can remake your creations at home.

During the macaron making class Andy will teach you the tips and tricks to create the perfect macaron using the Italian meringue method. Each person will make their own batch of macaron shells and flavoured ganache. You will then fill and decorate your own macarons to take home.

Chocolate Classes

Our chocolate class is held at our cookery classroom situated on the first floor of our shop at 40 High Street, Standish, WN6 0HF.
 
The class lasts around 3-4 hours and all equipment and ingredients will be provided. The class will be a fully interactive and you will create and decorate  your own box of at least 24 handmade chocolates to take home with you. 
 
Tea, coffee and refreshments are provided. Recipe and instruction cards will be available to take home so you can remake your creations at home. 
 

Learn how to make your very own handmade chocolates filled with a choice of a flavoured ganache filling. Andy will teach you how to temper chocolate to create a crisp shiny shell. You will make a ganache filling and then decorate them to make your own unique chocolates to enjoy at home.

Chocolate Easter Egg Classes

Our Easter egg class is held at our cookery classroom situated on the first floor of our shop at 40 High Street, Standish, WN6 0HF.

The class lasts around 3-4 hours and all equipment and ingredients will be provided. The class will be a fully interactive and you will create and decorate your own Easter egg and chocolates truffles to take home with you. 

During this class you will learn how to make a handmade filled chocolate Easter egg. The shell will be filled with a choice of a flavoured ganache filling. Andy will teach you how to temper the chocolate to create the perfect crisp shiny shell. Then you will make and dip your own truffles to go inside your Easter egg.

Tea, coffee and refreshments are provided. Recipe and instruction cards will be available to take home so you can remake your creations at home. 
 

£120 per person.
