Choux pastry Class- 28th September 2026
Spend a morning in our kitchen with Chef Andrew Harwood learning how to make your own choux desserts. All equipment and ingredients will be provided and you can take away what you make.
Class is located in our production kitchen at 2 Pepper Lane, Standish Wigan WN6 0PX.
Please note that the bathroom is located up a staircase on the first floor of our premises.

Our classes are for over 18’s only.
Please make us aware when checking out if there are any food allergies/ intolerances so we can try to accommodate for them to the best of our ability, but please understand that recipes are prepared in advance.
Cancellation policy–
If you need to cancel your booking please contact us directly at least 7 days before the class date.
Any cancellations before 7 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable.
