Chocolate and hazelnut tart

A chocolate pastry case filled with caramel and chocolate hazelnut ganache. Topped with hazelnut mousse and a chocolate reindeer.

Ingredients: chocolate 22% (sugar,cocoa butter,cocoa mass,whole MILK powder,skimmed MILK powder,butter oil(MILK),lactose(MILK),emulsifier(SOYA lecithin), vanilla extract,E172), dark chocolate minimum cocoa solids 53%, milk chocolate minimum cocoa solids 32%,minimum milk solids 20%,sugar,cream(MILK),shortcrust pastry(WHEAT flour,butterfat(MILK),sugar(potato starch),cocoa powder,EGG,water,skimmed cocoa powder,salt,flavour),hazelnut 7%(sugar,hazelnuts (NUTS),cocoa mass,cocoa butter,sunflower lecithin),butter(MILK,salt),MILK,water,cocoa butter,EGG(acidity regulator:E330,E331,preservative:E202,thickener:E412,E415),partially inverted refiners sugar syrup,cocoa powder( potassium carbonate),cocoa nib,setting agent:pork gelatine(SULPHITES),salt.
